Someone in Cibolo just won $2 million from Texas Mega Millions

A lottery ticket purchased at a QuickTrip off Interstate 35 in Schertz yielded a payout of $2 million for a Cibolo resident.

A Mega Millions lottery ticket purchased at a QuickTrip off Interstate 35 in Schertz yielded a payout of $2 million for a Cibolo resident. 

The ticket was purchased at QuickTrip No. 4032 in Schertz, a city in far northeast Bexar County. The Mega Millions ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers drawn, except for the Mega Ball number, on Oct. 14.

The white ball numbers were 9-22-26-41-44. The Mega Ball number was 19. 

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, added the Megaplier option to the ticket, bringing the total won to $2 million. 

The jackpot for Friday’s Mega Millions drawing is $64 million. The Texas Powerball is $800 million.
