The Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday’s lottery drawing has jumped to an estimated $52 million, with a cash option valued at $30.3 million.
The winning numbers were: 1, 8, 10, 25, 32. The Mega Ball drawn was 13 with a Megaplier of 3x.
While no one across the country hit Friday’s $36 million jackpot, a second-prize, $1 million ticket was sold in Kentucky. It matched five numbers but not the Mega Ball.
In New Jersey, one of nine tickets that matched four numbers was bought with the Megaplier option for an extra $1 and is worth $1,500. Eight other tickets that matched four numbers are valued at $500 apiece.
Friday’s winning numbers were: 2, 5, 29, 64 and 69. The Mega Ball drawn was 18 with a Megaplier of 3x.
The odds of a $2 ticket matching all the winning numbers are 302,575,350 to 1. Players have a 1 in 12,607,306 chance of a ticket matching five numbers but not the Mega Ball and winning at least $1 million.
Mega Millions drawings are held on Tuesday and Friday in 45 states, along with Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
