One lucky Irish punter will be waking up a EuroMillions winner this morning after scooping €500,000 in Tuesday night’s draw.
The player had the winning ticket for the Ireland only EuroMillions Plus draw taking home half a million on a night where the main jackpot was a record-matching €190 million.
The ticket was sold in the west of Ireland, and the winning numbers were 3, 11, 12, 17 and 47.

There was no winner of the top prize however, meaning that the prize fund will rollover to Friday’s draw where the jackpot is estimated to be in the region €200 million.
The numbers were 6, 24, 32, 48, 50 and the Lucky Stars were, 1 and 5.
Four players did walk away with €1,504,612 after matching five number and one lucky star but none of the newly established millionaires were from Ireland.
